Storytelling workshop activity that contributes that young children understand displaced and refugee people experiences. The objectives of the activity are to develop a favourable attitude towards the culture of peace, to promote critical thinking and participation, as well as to reflect on the consequences of war on people and children.
From 16th to 29th November, in ten municipal libraries in the Province of Barcelona will host this activity during the EDLS as part of their children’s programming. This initiative comes from the collaboration between the Development Cooperation Office and the Libraries Service of the Barcelona Provincial Council and aims to highlight the importance of local initiatives of education for development.
